Video - TOP TEN Riddles From THE RIDDLER ( Frank Gorshin )

This is Spike TV's Review on the TOP TEN Riddles by THE RIDDLER from the 1966 BATMAN TV Show. Frank Gorshin was GREAT as this character! I might have posted this video a few years ago, my memory is completely shot, ha! But, it's pretty funny & totally worthy of another post anyway.

BATMAN + CARTOON CHARACTERS = Funny Parody Humor!

This quick post is a collection of funny pictures that revolve around the idea of Batman being mutated with other well-known Cartoon Characters. The examples include a T-Shirt Design with Winnie The Pooh & Piglet as the Dynamic Duo, ha! A reinterpretation of the Golden Age Batman origin story, but instead of a BAT crashing through the window of Wayne Manor it just happens to be a Pokemon creature, ha! Then, last but not least, is a Custom-Made Action Figure showing Patrick, from the Spongebob Squarepants Show, as the Dark Knight, ha!!

BATMANNING - The New Planking Fad!

OK, we have all heard of the "Planking" fad. It's when people lay down on their stomachs, face down, all super-straight & rigid, in an unusual locale, then get photographed. If you don't know about it, just Google it, ha! Then there was "Owling". That's when you act like an OWL & perch in a weird location & get photographed... mimicking an Owl, ha ha!

Well, now there is "BATMANNING". The video explains it all, check it out!!

VIDEO - Egyptian BATMAN "MATNAM" PARODY CARTOON - GCI Animation

Check out this video sent to us by our good friend Myret who lives in Egypt. It's an Egyptian CGI-animated cartoon parody of Batman called "MATNAM"! It's not in English, so it's a little hard to understand, but still fun to watch.

The basic story revolves around the fact that Gotham City has become very advanced technologically and crimes are done via the internet and there's no old fashion criminals, no fighting, no nothing, so Batman becomes frustrated and starts to think that he doesn't have a purpose and that he can't help anybody anymore. Then, he gets an idea to go to a less developed country, a third world country, "Egypt" and try to help there. The funny part is he has to go through all the red tape in the Egyptian bureaucracy. First, he can't get his plane through customs and his car gets hit so he has to borrow a tiny 2 wheel car and so on. ( Thanks Myret! )

Funny BATMAN HUMOR Photos - Ha Ha Hee Hee!

We can all use a good laugh every now and then so check these pics out! The 1st one is from a Bat-Blog Fan named Aaron. He lives in Canada & recently found these 2 Pair of Batman & Joker Ankle Socks at a Canadian Flea Market. They really crack me up because they're so cheesy and at the same time, I think they're actually kinda cool.

Next is a picture sent to us by a friend on Facebook. His name is Sven & he recently spotted the Dark Knight reading a newspaper. Hey, Batman likes to keep up on current events!

Then, here's a pic showing Batman in training. Here he is learning how to dive from an airplane. You know, he is always honing his bat-skills!

Brand-New BATMAN CHARACTER GLASSES

Check out this new BATMAN Merchandise that just became available. Here are 2 Glass Tumblers with humorous sayings & retro-style bat-graphics. In fact, if you're a Vintage Toy Collector you'll probably notice the "Batmobile" image is the Kenner Superpowers Action Figure Vehicle. Yes, this clip art is from the 1980's. One glass says, "Wanna Come To My Bat Cave?", & the other one is "Chicks Dig The Ride!", ha ha! I really like these & someday, they will be MINE! Here's a good place to get them, just click the link button down below:

Proof That BATMAN is Cooler Than Other Superheroes

I really don't care about "Celebrity News", it's shallow & lame. But I came across this paparazzi photo the other day that's kinda cool. It shows the Actor Robert Downey Jr ( Ironman & Sherlock Holmes ) walking down the street with his Son. The funny thing is his Son, Indio, is wearing a Batman T-Shirt AND Bat-Symbol Logo Belt Buckle, ha! Yes, it appears he's more of a Batman Fan than one of Ironman!
