Pete's Custom MICHAEL KEATON BATMAN STATUE BUST Update

Awhile back, here at the BAT-BLOG.COM, we featured a few photos of the work of some very creative people who have been inspired by Batman. One Artist was a guy named Pete & this photo was recently sent in to us. It's his Custom BATMAN BUST Statue, "Michael keaton" version. The previous photo showed the piece in an early stage of creation. Well, this pic was taken after it was all painted! My favorite part, and I know this is kinda dumb on my part, is the "Bat-Belt" design at the base. I don't know, that's kinda clever. But overall it's a great piece. So, have YOU done any drawing, painting, or any other creative endeavor? HEY! Shoot us some pics & send them in! ( Thanks Pete, Good Job on this Art! )

Let's Celebrate BATMAN-INSPIRED Creativity!

Here at the Bat-Blog we love it when Batman Fans get creative & use their inspiration of the character as a means to create ART! Here are 2 great examples: The 1st photo is a sculpture bust made by our friend Pete. It's in the early stages, but it will be used to make a latex mask bat-cowl. Now the funny thing is that Pete told me this was going to be a "Keaton BATMAN Movie" version, and he didn't even need to say that. I mean, just look at it, IT IS TOTALLY Michael Keaton!

Next up is a Bat-Vehicle I saw awhile back on eBay. It's a Custom Golf Cart designed to look like the Tumbler Batmobile from the recent Batman movies. Now, I don't play golf, but I would completely love to own this cool toy! ( Hint, Hint: My birthday is in January, ha! )

Keith's AWESOME BATMAN TOY COLLECTION Photos

Here are some very neat photos of a great collection of BATMAN TOYS sent to us by a friend over at facebook. His name is Keith & the cool thing is that he lives in Ireland. It looks like he is pretty serious about collecting all the Batman Movies on DVD. He really likes Action Figures, & if you look closely, you can see a lot of those Eaglemoss Pewter Figures. He has some great books & a few misc toys. Oh yeah, there is also an Autographed BATMAN Movie Script, very cool! ( I can make out the signatures of Danny DeVito & Michael Keaton, not sure who the 3rd one is ). I also like how everything is displayed. Thanks Keith, for sharing this. I always enjoy seeing other people's collections so if there are any other Bat-Collectors out there then please share some pics with us.
